Dirt Road Dreams Mercantile, Inc. Customer-Supplied Goods Disclaimer
By providing your own garments or items for custom embroidery, sublimation, leatherwork, and engraving you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Condition of Goods: We are not responsible for any imperfections or defects in customer-supplied items, including but not limited to fabric quality, material inconsistencies, or construction flaws. We recommend providing high-quality, suitable items for the best embroidery and engraving results.
2. Risk of Damage: While we take the utmost care with all items, custom embroidery and engraving involves machinery and processes that may result in damage, including but not limited to snags, tears, or misalignment. We cannot guarantee that the embroidery or engraving process will be successful on customer-supplied goods. Any damage to customer-supplied items will not be reimbursed or replaced.
3. Suitability for Embroidery: Some materials may not be suitable for embroidery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item provided is appropriate for the desired embroidery process. We reserve the right to refuse items that we believe are unsuitable.
4. Limited Liability: Our liability for any customer-supplied goods is limited to the cost of the embroidery service itself. We will not be held responsible for any additional costs related to the item’s replacement, repair, or loss of value.
5. Pre-Approval of Design: The customer is responsible for approving the final design and placement before embroidery. Once approved, changes cannot be made, and the customer assumes full responsibility for the design’s accuracy.
